Website Officer

Brief description

The main purpose of this position is to manage and maintain the South African Reserve Bank’s (SARB) website and intranet (SARBhub) to enhance the profile and image of the SARB by consistently applying the brand and design principles in a professional manner.

Qaulifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • a minimum of a National Diploma (NQF6) in Web Design and Content Management/ New Media/Communications or an equivalent qualification; and
  • a minimum of three to five years’ experience in a communications, media or multimedia environment, with exposure to one or a combination of the following: website design on an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or SharePoint platform, website analytics and web content publishing.

Campaigns and Projects Officer

Brief description

The main purpose of this position is to develop, manage and implement the South African Reserve Bank’s (SARB) strategic campaigns and projects to protect and enhance the SARB’s image and reputation.

Qaulifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • a minimum of a Diploma (NQF6) in Communication/Journalism/Economics (knowledge and an understanding of economics will be an advantage); and
  • a minimum of three to five years of experience in a media and communications environment, of which at least two years must have been in an external and internal communications capacity.

Corporate Social Investment Officer

Brief description

The main purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, implement and report on the South African Reserve Bank’s (SARB) corporate social investment (CSI) programmes that contribute to community upliftment and development initiatives that are aligned with the SARB’s policy objectives.

Qaulifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • a minimum of a National Diploma (NQF 6) in Communications; and
  • a minimum of three to five years’ experience in a corporate social responsibility/ investment and/or community development and liaison environment.
