Northlink TVET College is recruiting and invites qualifying persons to apply for the job vacancy: Campus Administrator.

A three (3) year recognized National Diploma/ Degree in Office Administration, Management Assistant or Public Management/ Administration with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Office Administration or Administrative services environment.

Knowledge and understanding of the TVET College Administration. • Knowledge of inventory and asset management systems. ■ Knowledge of procurement. • Knowledge of examination administration.

Knowledge of budget administration. • Planning and organizing skills, financial management skills, report writing skills, communication skills, interpersonal relations and problem solving.

Document management and record keeping skills. ■ Computer Literacy. • Valid Driver’s Licence.


Assist the Campus Manager with administrative, financial and personnel control. ■ Implement the College policies, delegations, processes, procedures, systems, structures, resolutions and organizational decisions.

Participate in the development and compilation of campus business plans in line with the overall college strategic plan. ■ Ensure the implementation of any college strategic interventions as applicable to administration and support.

Attend to inspection and campus audits and instate effective control measures to ensure compliance. ■ Control all respective housekeeping functions and staff in respect of grounds and buildings. • Ensure the correct set up of the Campus EMIS and the up of data capturing functions of the relevant staff.

Provide administration services in inventory and asset management systems, procurement, registration, examination and cleaning services. Supervise staff members.
