ABOUT THE GRADUATE ACCELERATED PROGRAMME
The Graduate Accelerated Programme is aimed at identifying and developing leadership capability to meet the future resource needs of the OMSA business.
The incumbents are recruited and appointed as per the recruitment governances of the programme. These employees gain experience and business knowledge initially through project -based involvement and on-the-job training accompanied by ongoing assessments.
The incumbents will be appointed as GAP Trainees until such time the individual is ready for placement in an appointed role identified upfront by a Business Unit.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for delivering elements of audit assignments in accordance with Group Internal Audit methodology and as per agreed quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Commerce
- LLB would be advantageous
- A South African citizen
- Achieved a minimum of 65% average across your studies?
