JOB OVERVIEW

AquaPlan is recruiting and invites qualifying students to apply for the Vacation Work career opportunities in Gauteng.

Location: AquaPlan Business Park, 120 EP Malan Rd. Pomona, Bredell 1623, Gauteng, South Africa

ABOUT AQUAPLAN

Founded in 1995 and building on previous experience, AquaPlan has become a market leader in the water treatment engineering sector – especially turn-key solutions.

AquaPlan has designed, manufactured and installed various reactor type SBR sewage treatment facilities throughout South-Africa.

WHAT AQUAPLAN OFFERS

AquaPlan aims to offer students with excellent and enriching experience in industry, where the work
completed will be dependent on the students ongoing degree or discipline if applicable.

AquaPlan is a proud water treatment engineering company, specialising in all things water treatment – this includes drinking water, wastewater, demineralised water, specialised processes and much more.

AquaPlan provides full turnkey solutions, where projects are done from enquiry, design, manufacturing, up to and including installation and commissioning on-site.

For engineering students – the work can include anything from laboratory and testing work, research,
project management, design and engineering calculation support.

WORK PERIOD AND AVAILABILITY

Students are able to complete their require vacation work during the mid or end year break. Depending
on the number of weeks required, the specific dates will be discussed upon the candidate’s application
being accepted.

AquaPlan only has space for a set number of student at a time – all applications will be considered and
the shortlisted candidates will be notified.

HOW TO APPLY

All applications should be sent to: [email protected] Kindly ensure that the email signature is: “Vacation Work Application”.

The email should contain the following as a minimum:

  1. Short introductory email, with your required weeks and preferred working period
  2. Your CV and latest academic record
  3. A copy of your ID or license

It is recommended that student send applications at least 2 months prior to their preferred working
period.

All shortlisted applicants will be invited for an online interview. Upon being successful, AquaPlan will
contact each student to finalise the details.
