ABOUT THE VACANCY
RCL Foods is currently recruiting for a L&D Intern to join our Milling division based in Pretoria West. We are looking for students that require WIL (workplace intergrated learning) in order to complete their degree.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Capture and maintain all training data on the HR Manage system with accuracy.
- Assist with coordinating Training interventions and events.
- Preparation of training material.
- Schedule Training events for delegates and facilitators.
- Send out Training Evaluations.
- Stock control of Training Materials.
- Liaise with suppliers & attendees on the specific details / requirements of the Training and Development intervention.
- Assist with collecting and collating training information for audit purposes.
- Assist with general Learning & Development related administration such as filing and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Supporting Learning and Development team with adhoc duties.
- Monthly reporting.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or similar
- Valid Code EB drivers’ licence
