MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Relevant experience in a railway environment.
- Grade 12 with mathematics (Non mathematics literacy) and science above 40% or N3 certificate with mathematics and engineering science.
ADVANTAGEOUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s licence (if applicable)
- Clear security screening record
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks
- Complete all modules of the development programme with the specified timeframe
- Escalate queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where required
- Edhere to all company policies and procesdures
- Adhere to all legal and safety requirements
- Conduct all work according to the required standard specifications,and training
- Attend she meetings as and when required
- Recognize hazardous situations that have an impact on all jobs and participate in “on the job” risk assessment
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
