Location: Sandton, Gauteng, ZA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Role and Responsibilities
All HR Generalist functions which include and not limited to:
- Ensure the necessary take-on documentation required for new employees and is completed comprehensively. (EEA1, new employee take-on form, copy of ID, copy of CV, copy of matric, copy of bank statement, copy of certificates).
- Support the delivery of internal communication plans and ensure timeous delivery of all assigned projects
- Assist with copy writing such as developing and designing content for internal communication i.e., Employee Newsletter, HR Communication
- Provide input into stakeholder requirements such as company announcements, meeting presentations, key messages, talking points for distribution
- Conduct research to deliver key messaging to effectively drive positive engagement
- Propose and conceptualise creative ideas
- Assist with creating content and coordinating
- Adhere to the timelines outlined for all standard monthly initiatives & reporting
- Participate and attend company events to compile content for internal distribution
- Support with the delivery of employee wellness initiatives and projects
- Foster a positive working relationship with all Internal stakeholders
- Assisting with risk reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Reviewing and updating HR policies.
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Completing and filing HR documents.
- Involved in EE, BBBEE and Transformation work.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s Degree/Honours Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
