Airlink is an airline based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Its main business is to provide services between smaller, under-served towns and larger hub airports. It has since expanded to offer flights on larger, mainline routes.
Airlink operates more than 200 flights on over 50 aircraft to more than 45 destinations in 13 African countries and St Helena Island.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for assisting and responding to all customer care enquiries and requirements with the aim of providing good professional customer service, consumer affinity and brand awareness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in customer care environment in an airline.
- Experience in advising in and thorough understanding of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
- The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 or equivalent.
