ABOUT AIRLINK
Airlink, is an airline based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Its main business is to provide services between smaller, under-served towns and larger hub airports. It has since expanded to offer flights on larger, mainline routes.
Airlink operates more than 200 flights on over 50 aircraft to more than 45 destinations in 13 African countries and St Helena Island.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will require the attendance to all reservations and ticketing functionalities for the passengers that choose to book directly with Airlink.
Focus will be on relationship management whilst attending to travel bookings. The role will require the establishment, implementation, and management of the administrative elements of the Frequent Flyer Program for these Airlink travellers.
Product knowledge will be shared with Airlink passengers and Travel Trade partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5 Years working experience within the Airline Industry.
- 2 years Reservations and Ticketing experience.
- The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Passenger Handling-Internal.
- Reservations-Amadeus-Internal.
- Fares -Internal.
- Fares, ticketing, and Reservations Knowledge, basic knowledge of www.flyairlink.com
