ArcelorMittal South Africa is awarding bursaries for studies towards a four year engineering degree at an acknowledged South African University.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Purchage requisition generation, release and expediting
  • RFQ administration and management
  • Order adjudication
  • Goods receive verification (GRV’s)

  • All admin with respect to purchasing
  • Basic Maintenance Planning activities such as staging and kilting of spares for maintenance shutdowns and rebuilds
  • Basic scheduling of legally required inspections and reviews.
  • Document management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification

  • Grade 12 (NQF 4/10)
  • Advanced MS Office Certification will be advantageous

Experience and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a procurement environment
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage
  • Maintenance planning experience will be advantageous
  • SHERQ system knowledge

  • Maintenance budge experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own transport
  • Good vision and hearing

  • Sound communication skills and strong persuasive ability with end-users
  • Ability to manage documentation
