• Checking and verifying of data for billing purposes
• Approving billing
• Weekly, biweekly and monthly invoicing
• Daily updating of incidents on Parcel Perfect
• Maintaining a professional relationship with customers
• Ensuring customers have all relevant documents to guarantee on time payments
• Meeting strict billing deadlines
• Assisting in all other areas where required and reasonably requested from time to time
Skills and requirements
• Good Microsoft Office skills – proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in high-volume data capture
• Works well under pressure without supervision
• Experience with the Parcel Perfect system advantageous
• Must have a proven record of exceptional standards in terms of attention to detail
• Excellent response time to all queries
• Preferably experience in the courier/logistics industry
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills are essential
• Professional telephone manner
• Methodical and accurate work practice essential
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
