About you

Your friends call you Hackerman because of your unparalleled IT and desktop support skills. Solving technical issues involving hardware, software, and everything in between is second nature to you.
What you’ll love

Responsibilities:
- Assist with installations and testing of desktop software applications and internet browsers.
- Assist with configuring network connectivity.
- Installation of standard work applications.
- Test computers to ensure the proper functioning of the computer system.
- Interact with staff on desktop problems and assist with resolving issues.
- Handle daily technical support activities.
- Printing/Scanning support (IP printing, shared network printing, local printers, etc).
- Logging all queries via the online Help Desk System.
- Physically fit as the role will occasionally require having to lift and carry heavy equipment.
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
- IT-related Degree
- Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems (macOS or Windows), applications, and networking.
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who goes above and beyond to assist colleagues.
- Organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
