Simpsons Attorneys Inc, located in Bellville Cape Town, is looking for an ambitious, independent Candidate Attorney / Article Clerk to join their highly successful team and vibrant organisation in June 2023.

REQUIREMENTS
-Completed LLB;
-Proficient in English and Afrikaans (3rd Additional Language would be an advantage);
-Ability and willingness to travel;
-Administrative skills.
-Reside within the Western Cape
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Court attendances, assist with trial preparation, briefing of counsel and drafting and interpreting of legal documents;
-Working directly with clients to develop and maintain client relationships on a regular basis;
-Conducting legal research and investigations to ensure the success of matters and formulation of legal opinions;
-Attending consultations with clients and note-taking;
-Drafting of letters, pleadings and other legal documents;
-Attending pre-trials, inspections and expert consultations.
-Specialising in Family Law, specific civil litigation areas, Personal Injuries, Road Accident Fund (RAF) and Medical Negligence Litigation.
