– Intercape Mossel Bay Depot, Louis Fourie Road
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Pre-Trip Inspection
- Driving in accordance with K53 requirements and company policy
- Luggage Loading
- Passenger care/Etiquette
- Conduct en-route tasks
- Onboard administration wrt validation of pax and tickets/on board ticket sales
- Responsible for coach Hygiene
- Breakdown management
- Enforcing and adherence to safety requirements
- Effective utilisation of prescribed systems
- All duties are performed in accordance with the relevant legislation and company policies and procedures.
Job Related Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Valid Code 14 License
- Valid PrDP
- Clear speech
- Own cellular telephone
- Reliable transport (or suitable public transport)
- Bilingual (Mother tongue and English)
- No serious motor vehicle accidents (accident free)
- Valid reference numbers and names of former employments
- Willing to undergo a SAPS clearance and verification of licences
- Willing to attend 3 weeks training
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Grade 10 (Standard 8) minimum requirement
- 3 -5 years long distance (400km +) driving experience
