Burger King South Africa is recruiting and invites applications for the Skills Development Internship Programme for 2023/2024.
Location: Cape Town CBD, Western Cape
The Skills Development Intern will assist with the designs, implementation and maintainence of the company’s talent acquisition, retention strategies, frameworks and practices.
Responsible for the management of a talent pool. Accountable for the policies, practices and processes to facilitate a high-performance culture.
Assists with the company’s organisation design. Manages the competency model in accordance with the agreed standards.
Coordinates and maintains the skills development and related competency assessment models.
