Job purpose: To provide online and telephonic counselling services to those who contact the Helpline.

• Reporting

Requirements

• SAW certificate
• Must be a member of SACSSP
• Intermediate computer skills

• Experience working with children aged 7 to 18 years will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Afrikaans

• Able to read, write and speak English and Sotho
• Able to work self reliantly
• Willing to work after hours
