Job description
- Provide an HC administrative service to employees and ensuring that all input/advice is accurate as per HC policy
- Administer Study Assistance applications and monitor progress
- Arranging of Internal and External training, liaising with L&D Department
- Assist in conducting of Training analysis with line managers
- Facilitate learnership engagements, liaising with L&D Department
- Facilitate new hires for the company
- Provide support on Talent Acquisition processes and initiatives
- Provide support on onboardings, offboardings and crossboardings
- Assist with monthly payroll and ensure that all submissions are accurately submitted on time
- The intern plays an important role in providing relief to the HC staff with lower levels of work when required

- Masters in Industrial Psychology Internship requirements as per qualification
