Sasol is offering a 12-month programm for people with disabilities keen on uplifting their theoretical knowledge and practical experience with the company.
The Sasol People with Disabilities Learnership is matched to a NQF Learnership course and practical on-site work experience to enhance the skills and job performance of entry-level learners. Learnership also includes practical on-site work experience.
Literacy, numeracy, communication, and computer abilities, as well as fundamental business ideas, are among the core skills taught. It is appropriate for those who have a Grade 12 or Matric qualification and is designed to help participants build critical professional skills.
