In partnership with with SETA, Pick n Pay are happy to announce tey are embarking on a journey to absorb 180 individuals into their retail branches.
The learnership will be for a period of 12 months with 30% theory and 70% practical. Learners will be paid R3000 p/m stipend.
Pick n Pay is offering learnership programmes in Faerie Glen, Joburg, and Cape Town for young applicants who are interested in the world of Hospitality.
The Pick n Pay Hospitality Learnership is currently on the look out for potential learners who share the same values of the company and would like to upgrade their skills and become a qualified professional.
Throughout the 18-month duration of the Pick n Pay Hospitality Learnership, learners will be required to implement their business acumen and improve their technical competence in the company’s processes.
By operating this initiative, Pick n Pay hopes they are able to develop a pool of future Hospitality practitioners that are skilled and professional enough to further their career paths and fully realise their potential.

- Possesses an N6 Hospitality and Catering qualification
- Must have studied the subjects of Applied Management N6 and Catering Theory and Practical N6
- Displays a splendid work behavior
- Upholds professional attributes and attitudes
- Can apply business acumen and technical capabilities in the areas of their value creation.
Human Resources Learnership.

- Related study in HR (TVET College/National Diploma)
- Commitment to complete an 12/18 month learnership duration
- Have an ability to integrate technical and acumen competence.
Clothing/Textile CT Learnership
Pick n Pay looking for focused, determined, and talented people to apply for Clothing/Textile CT Learnership in the Retail industry.
- Ready to complete an 12/18 month learnership programme
- National Diploma/TVET college must be Textile/Clothing/Fashion related
- Show professional values and attitudes.
