Established in 2003, the Automotive Industry Development Centre (AIDC) Eastern Cape, is a wholly owned enterprise of the Eastern Cape Development Corporation, mandated to assist industry remain viable and/or become more globally competitive.
The AIDC EC’s annual budget is supported by provincial government but it is required to generate increasing levels of funding towards self sustainability.
This ensures that our services remain relevant and offer more value than private industry consultants, who operate in this space. It also ensures that we are attuned to the actual needs of industry and meet but preferably exceed them.
Vacancies exist for 12 months graduate programme which is meant to assistance with the development and execution of internal communication initiatives.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION X1 (12 MONTHS CONTRACT)
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have a 3-year degree/diploma in Business Administration/ Management.
- Driver’s License advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Expert at organizing and prioritizing
- Adapt to any situation and work well under pressure
INFORMATION COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY X1 (12 MONTHS CONTRACT)
Requirements
- The candidate must have 3-year qualification in Computer Studies or Information Systems/ Technology/ Electronics) (NQF6)
- BTech for the above formal qualification will be an advantage
- Driver’s License advantageous.
- IT Network knowledge Essential.
- Computer literate (A+) and Network knowledge (N+) IT Network knowledge advantage CISCO CCNA (ICDN1 +ICDN2) certified.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS X1 (12 MONTHS CONTRACT)
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have a 3-year degree/diploma in Brand/Marketing Management.
- The candidate must have a passion for marketing
- Driver’s License advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
- Graphic Design, as an additional skill set, in combination with Web Developer/ Coding will be advantageous
